  1. Where are you located?

We have a permanent brick-and-mortar office located in the financial district of New York City. We are licensed to practice law in New york. Since tax whistleblower law is a federal law, we can represent you no matter where you are, no matter where the tax underpayment occurred. You are welcome to visit us in person.

2. How is your law firm different from other attorneys practicing in this area?

Our firm is founded by a senior corporate lawyer with many years of experiences of doing high-end corporate law and tax work at top New York Street law firms. We have successfully represented high-caliber professionals from similar backgrounds in filing their tax whistleblower claims. We have the experiences and expertise to properly address the legal, professional ethics and practical concerns you may have as a tax whistleblower.

3. How do you specifically safeguard my privacy, especially my identity?

First, you are not required to disclose your identity to us unless and until we have both concluded that there is a viable case and you have decided to engage our firm to represent you.

Second, unless and until we are compelled by a court of law with competent jurisdiction to do so and we have reasonably concluded that we have exhausted all venues of appeals, we will not disclose your identity to any party.

Third, any information you submit to us (other than the preliminary information you choose to submit via this website) and any case material we prepare for you will be stored in a computer that has never been, nor will ever be, connected to the Internet.

Fourth, after we use any document(in whatever format) that you share with us, it will be stored in a secure location outside of our office or returned to you if prefer.

More importantly, we will advise you specifically as to how to most effectively prosecute your care for a reward without unnecessarily compromising your privacy and security. Note that the Internal Revenue Services, including the IRS Whistleblowers’ Office will protect the identity of any whistleblower to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. How much reward can I expect?

A tax whistleblower shall generally be entitled to receive an award up to 30% of the additional tax, penalty and other amounts the Internal Revenue Service collects.

5. How much legal fee will firm charge me?

We will not charge you any legal fee or expense unless and until you receive an award.
